Table-Side Video Testimonials

Let happy diners record a short video review right at the table by tapping an NFC tag or scanning a QR code.

How it works for diners

1. Diner taps the NFC tag or scans the QR stand on their table.
2. They accept the recording consent (required before the camera starts).
3. They record a short clip — you choose the maximum, between 15 and 60 seconds.
4. They review it, retake if they want, then submit.
5. They verify their phone number to claim their thank-you reward.

Setup

Go to Marketing & Growth → Video Testimonials. Turn the feature on, set the prompt shown to diners, the maximum clip length, and the consent wording. Print your QR code or program NFC tags with your testimonial link (you can add ?table=5 to track which table a clip came from).
